One night I dreamed that a dragon flew over house. It landed on roof. The whole house shook when it landed. A large group of people came to look at the dragon.

  The dragon had no fire-breathing, but it was very big and had two wings on its back. It didn't behave violently.

  All of the people were following an amazing event. I went on the roof before them, although I was very excited.

 When I was going to be near and nearer to it, I was very cautious to each reaction of it. It was very silent and it wasn't moving. When I go beside it,   I saw a deep sorrow in its eyes.

 I understood what I wanted to know. Afterwards, I talked to the people and asked them to go to their homes.

 I don't want to say what happened between us and I don't want to say our secret.

 It requested something from me and I requested something from it and I've decided to do it absolutely.

When I first conceived of Earth Day, a global holiday to celebrate the wonder of life on our planet, I thought long and hard about the day on which it should fall. It must be meaningful. One that might be accepted universally for all of humankind

When the Vernal Equinox dawned on me, I immediately knew it was right. The Earth tremor that shook our California dwelling at that moment seemed an omen of confirmation. What could be more appropriate than the first moment of Spring, when day and night are equal around the world and hearts and minds can join together with thoughts of harmony and Earth's rejuvenation. Just as a single prayer can be siginificant, how much more so when hundreds, thousands, millions of people throughout the world join in peaceful thoughts and prayers to nurture neighbor and nature

And so it came to pass we initiated the celebration of Earth Day on March 21, 1970. The first Proclamation of Earth Day was by San Francisco, the City of Saint Francis, patron saint of ecology. Designating the First Day of Spring, March 21, 1970 to be Earth Day, this day of nature's equipoise was later sanctioned in a Proclamation signed by Secretary General U Thant at the United Nations where it is observed each year. Earth Day was firmly established for all time on a sound basis as an annual event to deepen reverence and care for life on our planet

While other dates have been called Earth Day it is obvious that a singular Earth Day is needed and that the original choice of nature's day is best. More attention for this fact will increase the influence of Earth Day and its benefits

Every effort to encourage Earth care is to be commended. But just as more than one birthday each year for an individual would diminish the real birthday, calling other dates Earth Day detracts from the authentic day -- which can provide a more meaningful focus and obtain more unity in our diversity. The nature of the March equinox provides a reason for an event at the same time all over the world

Other events leading up to or following could be called Earth Festivals, or given other names. Then events can complement each other and increase awareness and care for our planet and its people. In the midst of this will be Earth Day, where the United Nations Peace Bell rings at the moment Spring begins and hearts and minds join all over the world

Here are some tips to improving English both in how your learn and via the internet

Remember that learning a language is a gradual process - it does not happen overnight

Define your learning objectives early: What do you want to learn and why? - Take this quiz to find out what kind of English learner you are

Vary your learning routine

It is best to do different things each day to help keep the various relationships between each area active. In other words, don't just study grammar

Find friends to study and speak with. Learning English together can be very encouraging. - Soziety can help you find friends to speak English over the inernet

Choose listening and reading materials that relate to what you are interested in. Being interested in the subject will make learning more enjoyable - thus more effective

Relate grammar to practical usage. Grammar by itself does not help you USE the language. You should practice what you are learning by employing it actively

Move your mouth! Understanding something doesn't mean the muscles of your mouth can produce the sounds. Practice speaking what you are learning aloud. It may seem strange, but it is very effective

Be patient with yourself. Remember learning is a process - speaking a language well takes time. It is not a computer that is either on or off

Communicate! There is nothing like communicating in English and being successful. Grammar exercises are good - having your friend on the other side of the world understand your email is fantastic

Use the Internet. The Internet is the most exciting, unlimited English resource that anyone could imagine and it is right at your finger tips

Be patient with yourself

Practice, practice, practice

       The invention of the  computre took more than one hundred years   to complete .Charls Babbage designed the first computer way back in the 1830s.It would be built with brass and run on steam power. Yet in those days , it was too big and too complicated to build . But in time ,other people used his ideas to invent the modern computer

 Did you know curse has punishment in the judgment day?" said Homa. "Really!" I said
"Yeah…it is written in the book every one who curses, turns to animal in that day." said Homa. Paused, then spoke to herself:" What curses do I say? ... Yeah …  "muck" .I sometimes use this word" she said.
"You say "fool" too." I said.
She confirmed and said: "I should quit saying these words."
I remembered some of my friends have been saying bad languages more indecent but taking so pleasure with them.
Reza who couldn’t miss our discussion/ came. Bread and cheese container in hand ,sat beside us and soon gave his opinion: "Muck isn't curse. Muck means everyone or everything that isn't clean .like unlucky that means somebody who hasn't lucky .These aren't curse. Mean that somebody lacks something." Homa and I didn't agree with him but no insisting
Maryam came in sight from the room. It was clear she had heard everything
"Where were you made beautiful yourself ,trying to hide it?" I said. Laughed surprisedly: "at my friend's house. If you had asked that meddler ,would have said you." Her mean was Hoda .If she herself was there, would take pleasure and laugh for this name. I didn't know its reason, not only me,but also no one. With sarcasm ,I said; "Invitation or not
Again Reza's opinion came out:" Sure ,no invitation had been
"No, they were calling me time after time. I don't go somewhere without invitation." Then she,as usual had been having word for everything ,said with honor of her friend from the last that how both Fatemeh and her mother had paid for the taxi
Fatemeh had given her 1000 tomans and her mother 500 tomans. And she had earned 1000 tomans.
No saying excellent and bravo for this family, I said immediately "give them back the rest of money
"Sure ,it clear" she said immediately ,too
After some moment,complained: "why haven't you taken the money with you? You've disgraced us."
"Didn't think meet night .Taking money or not makes no difference for them .They themselves always pay for."                                                                                     I asked:" By the way ,what does Farkhondeh do?" Fakhondeh was Fatemeh's sister.
"Busy with her child." Paused and continued: "you don't know ,so blond her child."
Anything else? Has she gone on her education?" I asked
"No,just housewife "she answered
"I hate to be these women. Until now haven't been liking to be somebody with no goals but thinking of caring for children and husband .I am very satisfied with this situation I have." said Homa and full of vanity and self-conceit spoke of her goals and plans in the future. We, as usual ,heard her repetitive boasting. She continued boasting with no stopping that I was bored:" Maybe she is happy with that and you with this. Maybe she is satisfied. Everyone has his own desires. You shouldn't belittle somebody with his feels
"But no belittling in my words .I didn't mean she has bad life." said Homa
Yes ,your words were that as if how her life were boring and nonsense." I said
No ,by no means, I just said "don't like to be somebody." said Homa
Confirmed my talks, maryam said:" No, said to be these women Reza confirmed, too. And I started reproaching her with no stopping and she was silent
Finished talking and bent while joining hand in eating bread and cheese. Suddenly something encountered in my head .Raised my head saw Homa's notebook beside me. Surprising ,looked at her while she was smiling. Her smile showed she herself knew how silly deed had done
"What? What did you do?" I asked in surprised
Well, you're talking nonsense." she said."Just little people behave this way." If you can,answer   me by words no by throwing notebook. I'm your big sister. It's the last time you behave this way." Again criticizing and complaining started. At last she said:" Very well ,stop, excuse me
    ّّI said"Excuse you!! Why make a mistake and then "excuse me
Angry at my talks ,said:" Ok ,don't excuse ,you know, that was good for you, your right
Thought with this age, pilgrimage to Mecca forward, future teacher,with so many religious and morality books and even that time had a book with this theme in her hand, Homa lacked intelligence surly that threw her big sister a notebook with morality notes written on it because of a bit of a controversy. Passing the thought from my mind ,I shouted ,loud and serious:" you are really fool and rude
Maryam sat on the stairs, laughed boisterously.  I noticed she had related the first with the last discussed subject of us. Picked up the bread and cheese container, I headed for the kitchen

در نشست های ویژه ی ترجمه همه ی اعضاء متن واحدی را ترجمه می کنند و ترجمه ها مورد نقد و بررسی قرار می گیرد.

نشست ۷ بهمن ماه به بخش ترجمه اختصاص دارد که پس از تعیین متن توسط اعضاء ، برروی

همین تارنگار قرار خواهد گرفت.

انجمن آموزشی و پژوهشی دبیران زبان انگلیسی شهرستان دیّر اولین نشست خود را با حضور مهمان هایی از آموزش و پرورش شهرستان دیّر برگزار کرد.
اولین نشست انجمن به بیان دیدگاه ها ی اعضا ء انجمن و مسولین آموزش و پرورش و هم چنین به بررسی اساسنامه ی انجمن - اهداف ، وظایف و امکانات مورد نیاز اختصاص داشت.
برنامه ی نشست ها ی اعضای انجمن هر دو هفته یک بار تعیین شد.
چگونگی و انواع عضویت در انجمن ، به 2 گونه ؛ الف.پیوسته - ویژه ی دبیران زبان انگلیسی و ب. عضویت افتخاری - برای همه ی دانشجویان و دانش آموختگان رشته های زبان؛ آموزش زبان، مترجمی و ادبیات انگلیسی تعیین شد.

( نام نویسی برای عضویت در انجمن به زودی از طریق وبلاگ انجمن زبان و یا نامه ی اداری به آگاهی همه رسانده می شود. )
در این نشست آقایان احمد عبدلله زاده ، کارشناس مسئول آموزش ، عبدالنبی رسولی ، معاون آموزشی ، غلامرضا ناطقی پور ، کارشناس آموزش دوره ی راهنمایی و مصطفی فخرایی مسئول پژوهشگاه دانش آموزی شرکت داشتند.

اساسنامه ی انجمن آموزشی - پژوهشی دبیران زبان انگلیسی شهرستان دیّر

فصل اول

کلیات و اهداف

ماده ی ۱: هدف از تشکیل انجمن ( DETA ) عبارت است از:

۱. ایجاد زمینه ی همکاری و مشارکت علمی و آموزشی در میان دبیران مدارس راهنمایی، دبیرستان و پیش دانشگاهی

۲. ایجاد انگیزه و کمک به تقویت و کارایی علمی و آموزشی دبیران زبان

۳. تلاش برای دستیابی به روش های نوین آموزشی و پژوهشی در ارتباط با نظام آموزش و پرورش نوین و پویا

ماده ی ۲: انجمن آموزشی - پژوهشی دبیران زبان انگلیسی شهرستان دیّر یک انجمن وابسته به مدیریت آموزش و پرورش شهرستان دیّر است که فعالت های خود را فقط در زمینه ی مسایل آموزشی و پژوهشی متمرکز خواهد کرد و این فعالیت ها در راستای اهداف آموزش و پرورش و برای بهبود و پیشرفت نظام آموزشی خواهد بود.

ماده ی ۳: محل کنونی انجمن به نشانی : شهرستان دیّر - آزمایشگاه مرکزی - پژوهشگاه دانش آموزی است.

ماده ی ۴: انجمن برای مدت ۴ سال به طور آزمایشی تشکیل می شود و ادامه ی فعالیت آن با توجه به نظر سنجی از کارشناسان آموزشی و پژوهشی، دبیران زبان انگلیسی، دانش آموزان دوره های راهنمایی، دبیرستان و پیش دانشگاهی و بخش های آموزشی و پژوهشی و اجرایی مدیریت آموزش و پرورش شهرستان دیّر امکان پذیر خواهد بود.

ماده ی ۵: انجمن،  دیدگاه ها و نظرات خود را به دو روش زیر به آگاهی خواهد رساند:

الف- به صورت مکتوب به مدارس ارسال خواهد کرد.

ب- برروی همین تارنگار  (http://deta86.blogsky.com  ) به آگاهی دیگران خواهد رساند.

فصل دوم

وظایف و فعالیت ها

 ماده ی ۶: برای دستیابی به اهداف تعیین شده در ماده ی ۱ انجمن فعالیت ها و رویکرد های زیر را پیگیری خواهدکرد:

- نشست اعضا انجمن آموزشی - پژوهشی دبیران زبان انگلیسی با مدیران بخش های آموزشی و پژوهشی و اجرایی آموزش و پرورش، مدیران مدارس، دبیران زبان انگلیسی و دانش آموزان در محل انجمن و یا مدارس ، برای تبادل نظر پیرامون مسایل و مشکلات آموزشی و یافتن راه های برونرفت از مشکلات آموزشی.

- تشویق دبیران و دانش آموزان به مطالعه ، با پیگیری وضعیت کتابخانه های مدارس و تلاش برای بهبود کمی و کیفی کتاب هاب کتابخانه های مدارس.( توجه بیشتر به کتاب های آموزشی و داستانی به زبان انگلیسی )

- تشکیل انجمن های آموزشی و پژوهشی دانش آموزی و پیوستگی این انجمن ها با مرکز انجمن آموزشی و پژوهشی دبیران زبان شهرستان.

- برگزاری جشنواره های علمی و آموزشی، کارگاه های آموزشی، کلاس های بازآموزی کوتاه مدت و دعوت از دبیران و کارشناسان داخل و خارج از استان برای بازنگری شیوه های تدریس.

- مشارکت و هم اندیشی در طرح های آموزشی و پژوهشی مدیریت آموزش و پرورش شهرستان .

- انتقال تجربه های آموزشی و شیوه های نوین تدریس به دبیران- با برگزاری کلاس های نقد و بررسی شیوه های تدریس و طرح درس ها.

- تلاش های پیگیر برای دستیابی به روش های نوین آموزشی و نهادینه کردن آن ها در مدارس شهرستان.

- تلاش برای ارتقاء سطح علمی دبیران با همکاری گروه های آموزشی شهرستان و استان، کارشناسان و پژوهشگران و معرفی کتاب، نشریه، سی دی و وب سایت های آموزشی.

- نقد و بررسی کتاب های زبان انگلیسی مدارس .

- شناسایی و معرفی مدیران، دبیران و دانش آموزان موفق و همسو با اهداف و طرح های آموزشی و پژوهشی انجمن و آموزش و پردرش .

- ترجمه ی کتاب و نوشته های علمی و کاربردی پیرامون مسایل آموزش و پرورش و انتشار آن ها در تارنگار   " انجمن دبیران زبان انگلیسی شهرستان دیر " .

فصل سوم

شرایط عضویت در انجمن دبیران زبان

ماده ی ۷: عضویت در انجمن به دو صورت زیر است:

- عضویت پیوسته :  همه ی دبیران زبان انگلیسی دوره ی راهنمایی، دبیرستان و پیش دانشگاهی

- عضویت افتخاری: دانشجویان و دانش آموختگان رشته های دبیری زبان انگلیسی، مترجمی و زبان و ادبیات انگلیس
